The folks at Badger Box were the best! Zach was efficient, professional, courteous and confirmed our dates and box location. Delivery was perfect and I received confirmation of the delivery as well as a picture of the box placement. Highly recommend!

Moving is never what you would call a pleasant experience, but from my initial phone call with Zack inquiring about their services to final pickup, the team did everything possible to make it so. Every time I reached out with a question or to make a change Zack never made me feel like I was a bother and was most accommodating. I cannot say enough about their customer service, flexibility and honesty. No hidden fees and great communication. Badger Box is the best!

Excellent communication with an accurate and thorough price quote through to delivery and pick up information. The Wilmington/Fayetteville NC team of Zack, Chris, and the delivery and pickup staff were very professional, personable, and reliable. The boxes were clean and very well built, we rented two 20' units. They exceeded expectations and we are very appreciative of their service! What a quality organization!!! From the first conversation with Chris, this company delivered excellent service! Sean was on time delivering the box and was very professional throughout the entire interaction. When the box was scheduled to be returned, Jacob had great communication and made the customer experience incredible. Brent was on time and did a great job quickly picking up the box. Would highly recommend this locally owned business for all of your moving and storage needs!!

After calling around to different storage companies, we decided to go with Badger because of their great customer service.Jacob delivered our unit and explained different aspects of the box we received. He was very nice and the box was super clean!Thanks folks!

We needed some storage onsite during a new construction build. Loved that we were able to find pricing online. Called over the weekend and was able to talk to an actual human who got the contract sent over same day. Jacob delivered our box just a day or two later and did a great job. Would recommend!

Eddie was super professional, quick and efficient. We didn’t think he’s be able to get the box out the yard due to other things being in the way, but Mr. Eddie got the job done. Will definitely be using badger box again in the future.

We switched from our POD to Badger Box due to the increase in quality, value, no hidden fees, and exceptional service. We have been happy with the decision ever since and have easily accessed our storage unit multiple times with clear and concise communication from Badger Box. Badger Box really simplified our move from Fuquay-Varina to Wilmington, and they beat a prominent national competitor by A LOT. The team was very communicative, relieving stress at every step of the move. I experienced no damage to any of my belongings, so I know they took exceptional care of my belongings over the 100+ mile journey.

Badger Box receives a 5 star review from us! Chris is absolutely phenomenal! When the box was delivered, he was not only on time, he was early. The box was clean and ready to fill. When it came time to pick up the box, Chris set a date, and then actually came a day early to get it. We would recommend Badger Box for anybody with storage needs. Chris is the best!!!

Chris and everyone else I worked with were excellent! Fantastic customer service, flexibility, and professionalism. Box was priced affordably, even being moved across New Hanover then well into Brunswick. Had most of my property in the box for about a month and a half, a few hundred feet from a waterway. Everything stayed bone dry and free of insects. Could not recommend Badger Box more!
