We love this store. We just got a Stanhope Benjamin with all the bells and whistles. Our salesperson Kelly is a sleep master.My wife has serious back issues and Kelly pointed us to a great model that has a 0 gravity option and massage, it takes all the stress off her back.We can't wait to go and buy more there! Our family room is next.

absolutely the worst place I have ever did business with from the start of looking at furniture the sales lady is talking trash about her manager hasn't figured out he was gay yet. the shear incompetence of sales lady an the manager named Leland was ungodly from not knowing how to punch numbers into a computer to sign on furniture wrong an changing tags in front of me from one price to a different one. then to top off this cherry they couldn't get the e-sign to work so the store manager leland's 6th phone call to corporate to fix the issue I had to go an just walked out. 20 min later but aff calls an I esign with them. when I left i didn't say I wasn't coming back LELAND WAS ON THE PHONE AGAIN AN THE Sales lady's snapchatting so I walk back I store an leland has deleted my contract with them no phone call follow up hey u coming back nope just deleted I said u could of called my sales lady SALES LADY THATS GETS COMMISON SAYS WHAT U WNAT ME TO TRACK U DOWN FOR A SALE HMMM ITS YOUR JOB TO SELL STUFF SO AT LEAST A TEXT ANYTHING MESSING the whole sale up cause now the bank thinks I have a loan on furniture I can't even get cash he deletes it an all this spill over into next day with banks an Badcock it's is by far the worst place I have ever been for service an for people that depend on commission based not try to sell Im a disbled Vet an I told them I was sleeping on the floor an need this today so witch was all on clearance an there for me to pick up teo night I slept on a floor cause he wanted to delete it cause who knows an the sales women well that's it's own ball of distinction an said no problem we can get u the couchyou can pick that up so I have something to sleep on negative an if I don't call an raise he'll this am at 1130 cause they still haven't cancled the loan for the furniture I couldn't pick up cause there was no contract smh god bless shut it down make a car wash oh an it's not a good look when store manager talks about how fucked the store is an lazyboy was much better an organized it come form the top down pal never again

I bought a fridge from them and it looked busted up out the box like it fell off a truck got a replacement that went out a week after getting it and it took 7 months to get it fixed and they did not try to help or work with me on it at all after WE TOLD THEM it was out we bought several things from them always paid on time sometimes more then I should and the moment I got their attention about it after missing a payment and they had the nerve yo send it to collections I will not buy another thing from them after it's payed off P.S STOP BLAMING EVERYTHING ON THE PANDEMIC AND IF YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WONT CALL YOU BACK

The long wait was extended twice. I understand that there is trouble with receiving items now, but that doesn't excuse rude employees treating paying customers like they are wasting their time. And there are items available now at other stores so don't let them throw that bull at you. Go somewhere else. The employees will be less condescending and you'll likely get your furniture sooner.

Received some of the worst customer service from the manager, Leland Brummet, after he interrupted the employee helping us to have him ask us to put on masks or leave.I asked Leland, the manager to please address me directly. He looked at me and walked away. I then asked him again for clarification on what the issue was and to please speak to me directly just to have him ignore me a second time. After approaching him directly to get the name and number of someone I could speak to that is above him he refused to give me any name or number. I then explained to him that we were there to purchase furniture for a couple of our investment properties and did not appreciate how he refused to speak to us directly regarding a mask mandate that went into effect today but rather walked past us, interrupted the employee who was helping us and then proceeded to ignore me when I was trying to speak to him directly.He was rude and completely unprofessional in addressing us, the customer, and handling communication with us regarding the mask mandate.

Store manager, Leland Brummet, was rude and inconsiderate but not before ignoring us entirely after I asked him to speak to us directly regarding the mask mandate that went into effect today. After reading Badcock reviews on Google, this isn’t the first negative review regarding Leland.

Absolutely no communication from the delivery team and the store was no help either. I honestly didn't care when they arrived, simply that they gave me some general ballpark of when to expect them. They gave me the 11 to 3 window. You would think that they would be able to hit inside a four hour mark but no. I called the store and they said they had no way to contact the truck for a general ETA. By the time 4:30 rolled around we tried again and got nowhere. I can absolutely understand that they are very busy and their trucks are overloaded but why can't someone on the truck who is not driving give me a courtesy call to tell me things had changed and it was going to be closer to 5:00? That's all I wanted. As it turned out, I had been among the last on their list from the get go that day, which again was not the problem. I don't mind being last at all, but that would have been very valuable information while juggling a child and two jobs. I could have met up with them later. So essentially they lied when they told me 11-3. Absolutely not worth the delivery fee. Never buying from them again.
