Stopped in for the 3rd Saturday looking for a Hot Tub (my weekdays are full, so I'm not usually free except Saturdays). Each time, customer service is poor, and I end up leaving without getting any assistance. Today, went in, and the 1 girl said she'd be with me in a minute. She circled the store aimlessly, and then when a new customer came in, she attended to them. I followed them around the back room for about 10 minutes, before waiting by the foosball tables for her to finish. She walked the customer out, and then walked up to another new customer who just entered. I became more impatient, so started pacing by where the other lady was working. She was attending to a customer. After a few minutes of watching her idle chit chat with that customer, I turned my attention back to the girl...who had now found ANOTHER new customer. At that point I walked out. These people are oblivious about customer service.3 visits....no assidtance.The first time I cMe, I waited for someone for 20 minutes. Then, they turned me away because the store was closing. Thanks a lot. Buying from someone elese.

Very pleased with product but did experience problem with subcontractors faulty electrical work, who was recommended by dealer,we had to pay again to have it corrected by dealers staff.

We bought our 7 person hot tub about a year ago. There wasn't much in the showroom (they were all on back order due to covid). Margret was our salesperson and we went through a catalog, discussed a budget, the difference between salt and chlorine, and features that were important to us. We financed with 0% interest for 18 months. They gave us a vendor list and the electrical (Snyder) was fantastic! Delivery was good and it was well worth the long wait! We enjoy our tub every night! I go in every few weeks to have the water tested. The manager is amazing and always helps us with corrections to our water. It's the best choice we've made since buying our house a little over a year ago.
