Mark and his entire staff really just try to make you completely satisfied. Several months after our purchase I let them know of an issue I had and everyone that I spoke with were concerned and helped me resolve my issue in a timely manner! Highly recommend!!

Many years of purchasing from Atlantic Appliance and Hardware… customer service is fantastic. If there is a problem….Atlantic Appliance is the problem solver. Great sales team but Mark is our absolute go to person. Thankful for years of top of the line customer service.

Our experience with Atlantic was wonderful! We started out "just looking" and ended up with a new complete kitchen. Noah was our salesperson and he worked with us to select everything. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and always quick to respond when we had questions. Jeremy, the installer, went over and above the call of duty to ensure that everything was right. Thanks to them, I now have my dream kitchen

Bought all new appliances for new house and we have a GE wine fridge that loudly gurgles all day. GE deemed it normal operation. Atlantic doesn’t stand by what they sell. I have to fight with GE to get it replaced. If you sell a wine fridge that gurgles all day…tell your customers. And if you don’t…own it and replace it (especially given what we spent with them).

Very poor customer service. Spent over $5,000 for some cabinet hardware and door knobs. One doorknob was incorrectly marked wrong on box by manufacturer. 3 cabinet knobs would not take the screw. They reordered these. Our home is 4 hours away and my husband brought the incorrect door knob back to pick up the new one. Micca Foy refused to give him the 3 cabinet handles until he returned the defective ones. 3 stupid inexpensive cabinet knobs and she treated my husband like he was trying to take advantage of them. Unbelievable. After spending over $5,000 do you really think we are trying to rip you off. I have never written a bad review in my life but wow was this a really tacky disrespect for your customers. We have never had a store treat us with such disrespect. Classless

DON'T WALK- RUN AWAY!would not even give them a half star! Absolutely Disgusting Service.Original selections for new home were done a year ago and never received any updates or phone calls to review the order. Wayne Jones is completely useless, my wife drove 2 hours for original consultation and he didn't even show. Calls for his final payment and the products were incorrect. He has the nerve to tell you his problems, I would've cancelled this entire order but I was committed due to the builder. I would not buy a toaster from these clowns.

We purchased our kitchen appliance package and told that there was a rebate available. After filing for the rebate and waiting 10-12 weeks I was told that the rebate doesn’t exist anymore. After several calls to Atlantic they decided to send me $100.00 and told me that’s all the rebate was good for. The salesman told me it would be $300.00. I just can’t imagine that they wouldn’t consider giving me the full amount. I like to shop locally but I will have to rethink that decision next time. Poor customer service

I did the entire transaction over the phone with Mark Edwards. It was one of the most pleasant buying experiences EVER! Mark even helped me look for cheaper prices at his competitors - I mean, who does that? I know now... someone who knows they have the BEST to offer in every aspect. I ordered one day and my appliances showed up the next day. I'm a FOREVER customer now.

My wife and I bought Speed Queen washer and dryer from here. Richard was very helpful and patient during the process. We bought the units on a Monday right before close and they were delivered/installed on that Wednesday. Very happy with the experience.
