I went into Arula for the first time today. The store was beautiful, and they had many great options. The store clerk was very helpful as she helped me find the perfect dress. The dressing rooms were gorgeous! Pricing is alittle higher than what I expected but the clothing seems like it is made very well.

Exceptional customer service from Lara. I am a new customer and she helped enormously with finding a fit of jean, that was flattering. A surprisingly stress free shopping experience. One comment for the company would be to please offer petites. Especially for jackets and pants!

Really great place! Great range of sizes too. Darby was extremely helpful and made us feel extremely welcome. My wife loved every minute of being in there and she is not a shopper. Overall great experience.

I don’t fit into the clothes here but I have visited for my mom and it is the most incredible welcoming customer service experience I have seen anywhere. Some of the items can be pricey but they have a great clearance selection and the quality knocks it’s sister store out of the park.

A very needed plus size boutique in Wilmington- I cannot say enough good things. I just had the store manager Molly pull almost every pair of jeans for me to try on and she was so helpful and gracious and made the experience fun. I ended up leaving with multiple pieces of clothing (and a wish list in my head for more!) Thank you for providing a beautiful place for us plus sized women to shop ❤️

Great store! It’s so nice to have a boutique style plus sized store in town. I went in the other day looking for a dress and the ladies there were so nice and helpful! One of the girls keep checking on me and asking if I needed anything which was super nice. I ended up getting a couple of things that I fell in love with. It is a little pricey but the clothes are good quality.

Great selection of plus-sized clothes; nothing outdated looking or frumpy like a lot of brands version of plus-sized clothes. I love how they size their clothes as words of celebration. The staff was really nice and helpful, and the store was super clean. :)

I have never felt so welcome and comfortable in a store in my entire life. Since having a child and the last few years of the pandemic, I just have not been confident with my body and just continued on the track of baggy clothes and wearing whatever nonsense I could find. I was getting super frustrated because every time I found something cute, they did not have it in my size, or it was not made for my size (10-12). Being in the midsize range is super tough but Arula is now my GO TO for any occasion now.Arula is a sister store of Altrd State and caters to the sizes of 10-24. They have so many options of cute clothes that just boost your confidence. Not to mention the two times I have been in the store, the workers have been fabulous. Helping me pick out items based off what I was looking for and even helping me decide what to get. They never pressured me and if anything were super honest about what looked good and what did not. I do not want to sound corny, but I literally was tearing up after my first visit because this store is exactly what I needed and what I image many other women need in the area.

My new favorite store!!!! Finally a place in town with clothes for those above a size 16 (and below, they’re inclusive like that!) with clothes that don’t look like they’re for my grandma!
