The staff was professional, kind, and compassionate. Be prepared to wait - only because they have many emergencies and have to triage based on severity. Totally understandable. Thank you for caring and helping so many people deal with pet emergencies.

I’m sure that this location takes great care of the animals it sees, but WHY DONT YOU HAVE AN MRI? Why is there absolutely NO neurological specialist in the area?? It makes no sense to have to drive to NC state in the event of a neurological emergency!!

Took my dog here both at 3am and again around 2pm for blood in stool. The staff here was so friendly and reassuring. Fast, professional and knowledgeable. They made a safe and comfortable environment for my boy while he waited for his exams/Xrays/etc. Thank you all so much.
