I have a 53 ft trailer. It was 50% loaded. 1 hour, 20 minutes to unload. Everyone was nice. Only reason I didn't give them a 5 is the area to back in is tight, and unimproved. In order to back up you need to drive over a muddy gravel part of the backing area. They right off tell you you might get stuck, and there's signs of that happening. You have to watch out for a 10" tree that should have been cut down years ago, serves no purpose other than to damage trucks.Hey!!! management pave that gravel area!!!

** WARNING TO ALL OTR TRUCKS DELIVERING TO THIS FACILITY!!! !!! **IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE THE ABSOLUTE WORST UNLOADING EXPERIENCE OF A 25+ YEAR CAREER IN TRANSPORTATION.... BY ALL MEANS, ACCEPT A SHIPMENT TO THIS FACILITY.... THE MOST UNREASONABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CLUELESS STAFF EVER EXPERIENCED...!! THEY ONLY UNLOAD TWO TRUCKS A DAY!! AND THEIR "STRICT" APPOINTMENTS TAKE FOUR TO SIX HOURS TO UNLOAD A TRAILER ON A GOOD DAY!... GOOD LUCK...! WE WILL NEVER DELIVER HERE AGAIN....! I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STAR RATING IF POSSIBLE!

I just felt the need to respond to the review made by R S Hammer trucking LLC below me. I’m the driver that woke you up that night. I apologize if I came across as rude by doing so. It was imperative that I parked the box truck at that door, as that is the door it would be unloaded at soon after my arrival, then distributed out to our customers via morning routes. That is the designated door to unload customers tires in preparation for said routes. As a truck driver, I’m sure you can understand that warehouses have to be organized in the most efficient manner, including having trucks staged in the correct and most efficient positions. I’m not part of the morning crew that unloads the truck, so that’s why you saw me leaving in my personal vehicle after parking the truck. Again, sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused you. Just thought I’d explain my reasoning in doing so.

I would give a no star if I could. For delivering their product to them. No where near to park so I parked in their facility and I get woke up at 2am. How rude!!! If that truck actually doing something there it wouldn't have been so bad. But he makes us move to park his truck and go home. And he had a small truck that could have easily fit somewhere else. Rude!!!!

Had to go pick up some tires for my workplace on 5/30/18 and was lost by my gps. Lol it took me to the truck loading side of the building. But I think if I ever need tires, I'll come here! Workers seem really nice!
