I love this place, I pulled in one day because my tire blew, two techs came out and offered to change it ( I didn’t have the proper tools), they were very cool about it. I brought my car back to get it looked at, they explained everything in detail, really gave me a lot of confidence in my hoopty. This is my car place from now on

I recently had my state vehicle inspection completed by Jason Hill(Facility Manager)and Lincoln Williams(Mechanic), and I wanted to express my extreme satisfaction with their customer service.
Both Jason and Lincoln were professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Jason explained the inspection process thoroughly and answered all my questions patiently. Their positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable.
Thanks to Jason and Lincoln, I will definitely be returning to AAA for future inspections and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Went there occasionally for oil change & tire rotation using promotional mailers. Somehow with taxes & “fees”, the promotional price ends up being the same as the regular price. Funny how that works. And they always seem to forget to do the “free” tire rotation. I can’t imagine trusting them with serious car repairs. I won’t be going back.

I had a billing problem I couldn't resolve online, so I went to a local Wilmington, NC AAA location on Oleander Drive, and the insurance sales guy went to his computer and solved the problem without hesitation! Im loving AAA!

Wow, a lot of negative reviews for this place. I got a battery replaced here for my Ford. I didn't have any issues. The price of the battery was exactly what I was quoted on the AAA website. I was able to schedule an appointment online for the very next day. Other places I checked were booked days out. The staff up front were knowledgeable and friendly. They got the battery replaced pretty quick. I have no issues with my experience here.

Had my car towed in. The diagnostic cost me $174 and they wanted to charge me $726 to change a starter. Had no choice but to go somewhere else. Do not go unless you like being over charged.

I was very pleased with the service. I have taken my cars here a few times for inspections and other services. I was very pleased with the honesty in the work I had done today. I normally have a hard time trusting a car shop, but I was pleased when the work turned out to be something more simple and we were not overcharged. We worked with Jason and he was honest, communicated well, and got our car fixed in a timely manner.
