We recently moved to NC and looking for a reputable local jeweler. We found J. Garett Jewelers and Jayde is absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Jayde for your jewelry needs, especially if you are looking for custom pieces. He does a fantastic job listening to your ideas and converting them to beautiful creations. I wanted a diamond stud for my top piercing and a halo for my third hole, 2 completely different earrings. The diamonds are exquisite and his halo work impeccable. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. We will certainly go back to J. Garett Jewelers for all of our jewelry needs (including maintenance, cleaning, and polishing!). Thank you Jayde!!! ♥️

The nicest people I have ever met.i enjoy going in there because of their friendly ways. The jewelry can’t be beat, I bought the bracelet below because it’s dainty and unique, not something I could say no to. They specialize in custom jewelry and it’s beautiful. I highly recommend.

I shopped around Wilmington for a while trying to find the right jeweler for my fiancé's engagement ring. Jayde had me feeling very comfortable with working with them from the start - he shopped around to find me the perfect diamond stone for weeks and even went back and forth with several options. He explained to me in detail all the various questions I had (being this was my first diamond ring purchase) and he was extremely helpful in helping me make the right choices from the stone to the actual ring and setting. At the end of the day, customer service aside, they had the best quality GIA certified stones, for the best possible prices! Not to mention the speed at which everything was completed! I was shocked! Every other jeweler and store quoted me 4-8 weeks for my custom ring. Jayde had it done and ready in less than 3 weeks -- knowing I wanted to propose sooner rather than later. I really couldn't be happier with my purchase and highly recommend J. Garrett Jewelers to anyone looking for high quality diamonds or jewelry in Wilmington.

J. Garrett Jewelers is the place to go for anyone looking to get an engagement ring or other jewelry pieces. They were fantastic to work with from the start. My fiancée and I were looking at designing rings and the process was so simple and easy with J. Garrett Jewelers. They took time to see what ideas we had and worked with us to see multiple stones. The staff are so kind and took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.

Great place to take jewelry in need of repair. Was such a procrastinator awaited way too long to bring in to get done before Christmas and what a miracle it was was done not only before Christmas but for less than half the cost originally estimated. Definitely hope they are blessed. Cannot remember anyone that will give you one price and end up charging you less than half. Definitely care about the customers and I will send all their way. I’ve been going to Scott and company for over 20 years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my precious pieces that he helped design and make. The most honest jeweler I’ve met and a great guy too… I can’t say enough good about them…

Would give the highest recommendation and more than 5 stars! From the second I walked in, the customer experience was fantastic - I was greeted, everyone was friendly and professional, and they designed a beautiful ring exactly to what was requested. The communication was consistent and the team was very accommodating.I’ll be going back for future purchases and will recommend to anyone looking for top quality fine jewelry.
