One of the reasons is because of the customer service is just absolutely top-notch. Today we had a tire rotation and balance scheduled for our 2011 Honda Odyssey. Our scheduled appointment was for 8:30 AM. I arrived two minutes late at 8:32 AM. They immediately pulled our van in. Our tires were balanced and rotated.
