I went in looking for a cellphone case. After walking around for a moment, an employee came over to assist. I mentioned the brand and model phone I needed a case for. She immediately took me to the correct display in even found one that was on sale at 75% off. While waiting for the purchase to be completed, she asked if I had the phone with me and she would put the case and screen protector on for me (I didn't have the phone with me). Quick and pleasant transaction.

My husband and I purchased a phone and new line for a birthday gift. There were issues with this particular phone. I called to see if the issue could be fixed if it was minor. A gentleman named Colby decided to tell me that it was an internal issue and needed to contact Samsung or use my insurance to fix it. Mind you this phone was BRAND new. Malu is the best! She did not wrote me off and understood my concerns and fixed it so the phone could be switched with another one. Thanks for your hard work and understanding!

Went into this location to pay off the remainder of my device payments close my account, and pay off any final bill. Waited over 30 minutes to be helped. When I was able to speak to an associate, I was able to pay off my device, but my account was not closed as I requested and US Cellular sent me another months bill. Insane.As I type this post, US Cellular's website is down due to three of their DNS servers not working.US Cellular is a grossly overrated provider in this area, they are the 2nd slowest (only AT&T band 14 is slower).Do yourself a favor and if you must use the US Cellular network in this area, get it via another provider that roams on them in this area, such as Google Fi or T-Mobile.By the way, I'd like to point out that US Cellular does not provide coverage of their own HQ in Chicago... How can you trust a company that doesn't even serve their own HQ?

In 101° Fahrenheit temp they had my self and my 60+ year old disabled mother wait out side to be helped because we can not wear a mask. The man that did finally come out didn't actually come out he cracked the door open to speak to us. This is discrimination against people with health concerns. I understand "reasonable" accommodations can be made if someone can not wear a mask. However having customers stand in over 100 weather is not reasonable accommodations.

I left and did not get waited on. No one even acknowledged my presence in the store. All staff was busy but at least could have said I'll be with you in a moment. I will not go back there. I would say I would switch services but really noone cares whether I do or not. Nothing is about being personable anymore. I'm just a number

The service is amazing they meet you at the door and greet you which is very nice. The associate Surrayyah really helped me find the right phone for me and my father. She made sure that everything was too my satisfaction. Go check her out
