Friendly service, decent products, and they work to make affordable payments. No business is perfect especially when dealing with people who don't pay regularly or have unfavorable credit which prohibits purchasing more expensive vehicles elsewhere. For the most part they are fair and reasonable.

Bought a 2008 Volkwagon Jetta with 1500$ down and 275$ a month car payment. Car had problems from non working cruise control to knocking noise in rotor.
After paying over 4,000 on the car, I bought another car and a friend of mines wanted to take over the payments of my old one. Mr. Teel kept saying he couldn't let that happen and wanted atleast a 700$ down payment on a car in my friends name.
We agreed to keep it in my name and she just pay me and I'll pay him. Mr. Teel called me 2 days later after leaving his shop and went back on his word. Told me he needed the down payment and to return the car that was still in my name from the beggining the very next day morning.
My friend was disabled with low income and I tried to help her but Mr. Teel was money hungry.
**I don't recommend anyone to shop there because the cars are half reliable and they only think about themselves..**
