“I was with Straight talk (Walmart) before I got with Cricket. Now, being a Cricket customer is the choice I have made. I haven't had any problems with the service or the employees. The night that I went into Cricket, the employee knew exactly what I wanted and knew exactly what she was talking about with selling a new phone to me. She was really nice. Their place of business is very clean and they have very good staffed. I am very well pleased. I highly recommend anyone and everyone going there to either get a new phone or just to be a new member with a phone company.”

“I went in looking for a cellphone case. After walking around for a moment, an employee came over to assist. I mentioned the brand and model phone I needed a case for. She immediately took me to the correct display in even found one that was on sale at 75% off. While waiting for the purchase to be completed, she asked if I had the phone with me and she would put the case and screen protector on for me (I didn't have the phone with me). Quick and pleasant transaction.”
