Waiting area is clean, modern and comfortable. Parts department is well stocked. People in the office are very helpful and sales staff are friendly.

I dont care how far you have to drive, its worth it. Be prepared to make life long friends the moment you walk in the door. This isnt a dealership like any in 2023. Really feels like 1988 inside the dealership where the sales department wants to get to know you more then what your credit score is or how much money you got. Even if not the most profitable deal for them they going to do what it takes to make you happy. Very Refreshing in today's market where everyone else seems more worried about how much money they going to make off you. I dont think I will ever buy another car from anyone else other then Tommy @ Matthew Sessoms Chrysler Dodge. Take the drive you wont be disappointed but make sure you ready to drive something home.

Tyler is an awesome Sales Rep. We normally go to Greenville and Washington for our Dodge Chrysler vehicles BUT my husband decided to stop there and was very impressed with the friendly and professional staff. The atmosphere just gives you a down home feeling. He took me back a few days later and we bought a 2023 Silver Pacifica. We have had our Town and Country Van since 2012 with 230,000 miles on it. That’s how good that van has been! ???We figured it could get another 70,000 miles on it but decided to buy new.I would recommend Tyler and Matthew Sessoms Chrysler Dodge to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They are the best of the best and so easy to work with. ✅They are a five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ company each and every day and I wish them the very best!

Never take your car here to be serviced. They will fix everything except the problem. Very unsatisfied with this place.

Stay away. They will replace every part they can before you get it back. Took 3 weeks to repair my Jeep and keep it for two weeks. Said ready doing same thing that I took it in for. 4 days next time . Ended up took 30 min to unhook a after market pre start. 1650.00 to fix. They still wanted to put a battery it did not need. Worst srlervice I have ever experienced

My mother took her Mazda to get a diagnostic test/repair. Service Tech said the diagnostic test indicated she had debris that needed to be cleaned. Service Tech said he cleaned the debris and check engine light went off. He said after driving it for 8 miles the check engine light and ABS light did not come back on. Needless to say, as soon as she drove her car approximately 100 miles and put gas in car the same 2 lights came back on. She took it to another car repair shop and their diagnostic test indicated that it is an O2 sensor issue. The second repair shop also informed her that cleaning off debris will not correct a problem and most likely a reset button was most likely how the light went off. Needless to say, Matthew Sessions do not guaranteed or warranty their work. Service department stated "it is probably another issue". How is it another issue with the same lights on? She will be taking her vehicle to a company that guarantees their work.

My 70 year old mother on social security went for engine light on and tire light on. Charged her 580 for parts. The car still has the engine light and tire light on. The car turned off the same day she got stuck at piggly wiggly and they refuse to look at car.

This is the 2nd car we have nought from here and the same salesman each time...ask for Andre. He is awesome...got great deals both times.
