“I must say that this auto store was the perfect place for me to pick out and purchase my first car. Tim and Peggy were extremely kind and helpful during the process. I was able to select a nice 2018 Ford Escape, but it had a minor issue the day after I bought it. However, Tim was very supportive and did everything to ensure that the car was in perfect condition after I spoke with him about it. Overall, it was a great experience. And I recommend to anyone and everyone in dire need of a reliable and affordable vehicle!”
“I just left Randy Marion in Wilkesboro after having a tire rotation completed and always have had a great experience until today. Today upon arrival I gave my name and stated that I had an appointment for a rotation only and were asked if anything else and I said no. Shortly after that I had left the premises and someone approached my Wife and asked her if we needed any other services and she said no. Once the service were completed we were notified and as I were about to pay the total came to$79.22 for a rotation which seemed very high. We paid and left and I looked over the paperwork and a tire pressure sensor were replaced at a cost of $40 for the part but we were not asked about changing it nor a price either. This is wrong as it was over 50% of the total bill and a service had been completed with our permission. **UPDATE** I received a call from a nice Lady who listened to me and they are making this right for me so I'm adding 2 more star's.”

“This dealership ( Wilkesboro ) by far has the best service dept I have ever delt with. My Chevy Trailblazer was due for an inspection and I had waited until the last day of the month. I called McNeil Chevrolet spoke to Chis in the service dept. I explained my situation he worked my vehicle in on this busy day and was so friendly. I have had my vehicle serviced here several times and the service has always been excellent. Thank you all for doing a great job! I’m a happy customer and I highly recommend this dealership.”
