I previously gave a bad score because on scratches on tanning beds, the mgr called me personally very kind and sweet lady, she cares.about her customers cares & concerns deserves 5 stars, thank you ma’am.

Again, good experience. No stinky locker rooms so that's not the norm ;) I'm still working on regaining full usage of the left side of my body so my work outs look really pitiful currently, but I love there are plenty of cardio machines so everyone isn't piled on top of each other and nobody is having to wait around.Still wish it was 24 hours like PF used to be because that would be helpful with my work schedule, but luckily they're open early enough I can swing by between 5 and 6:30 for a quick walk

I always feel welcome and I enjoy my workout experience every visit. The staff are courteous and professional and the equipment is great!

Planet Fitness , Wilkesboro is the best gym I've been in. I've been a member there 8 months now. The entire facility is always clean. The staff is always friendly and approachable. They have enough machines so that we don't have to wait for them and they're always in good working order.I'm extremely happy at Planet Fitness,Wilkesboro.

Nice clean. Needs a bike rack. I know it's down south and hot. But some of use bike... it's a fitness center after all.EDIT; The lady told me to lock my bike bike on the light pole ☹️. This is really disturbing. Side note my company will be buying memberships for our employs. I hope the time I spend money money that I will get a better response.

I love being a Black Card member at Planet Fitness. You get access to all the amenities they have to offer for such a low price. I love all of the workout machines they have as well. All of the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful and I’ve also met some incredible people in there as well. It’s also very clean and sanitary every time I go in.

The place is always clean and the staff are always friendly. I laughed when they were closed because of Labor Day, yet everything else around them was open. You would think they were a government agency. Even my garbage pickup was running on labor day. I wasn't the only one going through the parking lot to see if it was open like google stated. I get it, the company has to pay their employees more on a holiday and this store seems to have a hard time keeping labor. This is when I miss using Anytime Fitness model and may have to revisit.

This is a fantastic gym! The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You aren’t judged for what you are or who you are. The vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences there.

The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is the fact it's not 24 hours and that they close at 7pm on Saturday and Sunday. Personally for me it's hard to get to the gym because of my job and other commitments during their business hours, after hours access like Anytime Fitness would be a huge plus.
