I love the guys at Perry’s!! I have been going here for 2 years now and would never take my cars anywhere else. They are honest and fair.
Not only this, being fairly new to the area, they always can recommend people and places for me in other areas of life that are also very good and fair. I am so very grateful I found them. On a side note, I read a bad review from a bloke who refused service because of Gary’s Southern accent. Seriously!! You are in the Deep South!! What an idiotic comment to say!! That jerk lost out on great service.

My son came to this establishment on 3-6-24 to get his oil changed. Upon getting it changed they advised him that he needed front brakes and rotors which he had them do. With in a few days he noticed a burning smell coming from his 2011 Jeep Liberty. He returned to the shop to stress his concern for what was going on. They looked at the vehicle and stated everything was fine. On March 25th of the same month he noticed his vehicle was smoking. He pulled over and called me. He then took it to another shop due to him being in boone and this shop being in Wilkesboro. The shop looked at the vehicle to inform him that not only was his new brakes and rotors shot but he would also need to replace his calipers( which makes sense for the burning smell when he came back to Perrys and they told him everything is fine when it wasn't.) His calipers were on the way out. He called Perrys to see if he could get some help with getting his money back for the rotors and brakes that just got replaced. They told him that they didn't even replace the front brakes and rotors that it was the rear. He got his receipt and yes it was the front. Then they said they couldn't do anything about it. This is wrong. I own a business and I believe in what's right is right and what's fair is fair. Its a shame that they cant own up to there own mistake. I understand things happen but come on. I would never recommend this place or go there period.

The guys at Perry’s have taken care of all of my cars needs for years!!! Sometimes, I go in just to shoot the breeze!! I wouldn’t trust my family’s cars to anyone else!!

Could barely understand the man who answered the phone and was absolutly no help. Also complained he was understaffed not very professional ended up fixing my problem myself. Snooze ya loose.
