I went in to get a diagnostics for an oil leak they charged me $61.49 for it. Mechanic orally explained me that I had an engine block cylinder gasket leak. I asked for his diagnosis written in my invoice before paying. He told me he would send it to my email. So I take his word and proceed to pay them. Next day I receive estimates on the costly engine head cylinder gasket leak repair but still no written invoice for the service I paid for. I called in and argued with the man who picked up back and forth only for him to refuse to send me the updated invoice. Would you trust a mechanic shop who refuses to provide you a write up on what they found? I sure would not especially if they promise to send you an updated invoice and gaslight you arguing back and forth instead of putting their money where their mouth is and providing me an invoice with the diagnosis they made. I want a refund if y’all refuse to send me a written invoice statement like y’all said you would before agreeing to pay and I’m not done with y’all yet. Either provide a written invoice of diagnostic results or full refund for what y’all promised to provide me but refused and gaslit me instead for… How many customers have y’all done this too? Thousands of dollars or repair cost in estimate but incapable of providing a written invoice for? Who is dumb enough to get repairs from a company like this!??? They can’t even put in writing what they orally told me they found wrong? I want a refund if y’all can’t give me a written invoice on what y’all found as I was told y’all would! But y’all wana say “I’m confusing” gaslighting me arguing for half hour to refuse to do it?

I would like to personally express how awesome my experience was with Northwest Automotive. I was treated with respect, I received updates, the repairs to my car required mechanics with knowledge and these gentlemen went above and beyond!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTHWEST AUTOMOTIVE. I hope and pray every person who is a part of this amazing team has many more years ahead. I am now a devoted customer of this business. I cannot be more thankful I took my vehicle to your shop. Brought my car in to get the transmission serviced and the throttle body cleaned and they did amazing, until I noticed the transmission leaking, (we’re human we will all make mistakes) so I called the next morning and they took it back no questions asked and was very nice about it, and apologetic, thank you for being the best shop in town I’ll definitely be back!

In the past week I have had the brakes fixed on two vehicles. Northwest is always very professional and organized. Repairs are always done when they say they will be and they are done right. Their prices are fair and are wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend anyone with basic service needs to major repairs to call Madison and Stephen. They can be trusted to do a great job.
