Was pleasantly surprised while visiting this store today. Christina was an excellent helper while we were trying to choose a bath tub. She was extremely friendly and helped us find EVERYTHING we needed. I was also happy to have a very cheerful cashier. Finding a cashier at the Boone and West Jefferson stores is almost impossible. We will definitely come back.

I would give a zero but it don't give that option. Gave wrong products after a day and a half labor waisted and 8 hours drive time all together they thought it to be smart for the female manager Abby to cop an attitude and then ignore us. We are STILL standing here waiting for someone to help us with no luck in sight! No wonder they got a 1 star review!!! Don't go here!!!!

Young man in the lighting dept. was very rude. I shop at Lowe's often and this was the first time I felt the level of service was poor enough to take the time to leave a review. I understand the pressures of working in retail but to resort to this level of rudeness probably means you should not be dealing with the public.

all the associates were helpful. I had no clue what I really needed. I was not 'talked into ' buying the most expensive. Sure they may be short staffed, but every place is as well. so glad they took time to help.

Ordering a refrigerator here has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. First they gave us the wrong delivery date, which caused me to miss work when it wasn’t necessary. And then when they got the delivery date correct they delivered a refrigerator that was dented.

Pathetic excuse for service. I was told I was unable to deal with a supervisor because no one supervises them!?! What?! After 3 deliveries of the SAME dishwasher in the box I'm unable to schedule an installation I paid for!?!!? The guy came to install and said there were missing pieces, but it was redelivered twice more with the same items. I was told he just didn't want to work! Was told I was wrong multiple times and shut down for trying to describe a scenario.I WILL NEVER have anything to do with Lowe's anymore. Disgusting and money grubbing.

To the lady Cheryl who was checking people out today, it is not great customer service to grab things out of your customers hand, nor is it appropriate to act inconvenienced when a customer ask to put in their my Lowe’s number. I hope that you don’t treat all your customers the same way cause you may run into someone who is not going to be as forgiving.

Extremely helpful and the girl at the door who helped us with our return showed out pitbull puppies love when a lot turn their noses up at them they are all great with the customers!?!

This review is for all Lowe's - the corporation has gotten too big for its britches & no longer appreciates its customers. I was on the phone for over 1 1/ 22 hrs today to no avail. The text # given is useless. All they could say is " call the 1-800 number " and " go to the store to make the purchase ". Really?! I deleted the app and cut up my credit card. I don't need you, either, Lowe's! I can shop elsewhere!

I have shopped at Lowe's in Wilkesboro for years. Recently I have noticed that when I need some help, I am led around by mostly young boys that seem to have no desire to help me much at all. They stand there and act as if they can't wait till they can get rid of me. I have been told one thing by one and something else by another. Finally at the end of August of this year 2020, I asked to speak to a manager. The clerk called someone by the name of Dave Morton to come and speak to me. I wanted to know if there was someone who could help me make some choices in the bathroom dept. They do not have anyone who does that anymore. I told him about the experience I had with the other employees back there. He said all the right things and apologized and mentioned that he had someone he could recommend to help me with this that was not employed with Lowes. I gladly accepted, he even told me he would reach out to this person that nite, and tried to call her as I was standing there, but no answer. Like I said he said he would call her again that nite. He told me that I would hear from her or him in the next day or two. It has now been two weeks and I have not had even a squeak from either of them. I would think that if he didn't get ahold of the person he recommended that he would have called me back like he promised, being that he was supposed to be a manager and that I already had had problems with the people in the area I was shopping in. He was supposed to try and fix it or let me know why. He did not keep his word, and I am not impressed at all at how this was handled. I was just told what I wanted to hear, and never heard another word from him. If the person he recommended for the job was not going to call me, then he was supposed to call me back and tell me. As I said HE DID NOT! I am very disappointed and feel like I was just treated like a fool!

I ordered, online, a drill bit on April 28th. Waited for notification of its arrival at Lowes. Finally called May 6th to see if it had possibly arrived. They said it came in on May 1st. Lowes had 5 days to contact me but failed to do so. Lousy customer service doesn't cut it.
