Do not use this location!! We waited 45 minutes for what took less than 5 minutes to do!! And they tried to charge me about $300 for completing my 2020 tax return as a FIRST TIME CLIENT. I will not be returning.

They charge the most. You should always do them yourself for free on the IRS website. It’s actually super easy.

If an employee is to lazy to get out of their chair to do their job and if they have to have another employee do everything for them than they don't need a job. They called said my return was ready just come pick it up and I still had to sit there 20 minutes

I’ve been going to Liberty tax for 3 years. Vanessa does my taxes every year and she does so good. She explains every part of the process and I love the free $50 and the send a friend thing. Honestly I recommend Liberty to all my friends.

I’ve gone to liberty for years. This year bummed me out.. never have I paid more than $300 with liberty to file... this year, my smallest income return (kids turning 17+) I was charged nearly $600. I’m done. I’ll just file them online myself next year.

charging a single mother of 3 that makes $12k a year, over $800 to do her taxes is a TOTAL RIP OFF!! They should be ashamed of themselves for taking such advantage of someone down on their luck, trying to scrape up enough money to find a place to rent. GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR TAXES DONE !!
