I stopped in this tire shop when my check tire pressure light came on in my car while on my way from Boone to Raleigh. I didn't have an appointment. Without my having to wait, they took a look at all the tires on my car, checked them out and added air. They were courteous, cheerful and very helpful. They were done in no time at all and I was on my way to Raleigh knowing that my tires were OK. I really appreciate their help and honesty. I highly recommend this tire service!

Chad the manager was so receptive about what I was looking for in a AT truck tire. That he even did the research for price, and dependability . Showed me what tires are suppose to do. Quality Maxis tires. Worth every penny. Friendly service.Then I came back for trailer tire repairs, and put the effort in to meet my time schedule. Tractor trailer tires? They know their business. Just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service yesterday morning in Wilkesboro, NC when I showed up with a metal-wrecked car tire and your team took right to finding me a new one. I really appreciated how warm your whole staff was and how they worked hard to help the random girl who landed a bit desperately at a commercial truck outfit unsure what to do. Please pass along thanks to the hardworking team who went above and beyond to take a smaller tedious job and do it well AND make me feel at ease and taken care of the whole time. From the mechanics and receptionist to a regional manager and office staff who took time to chat and check in as if I was a friend or family. Who knew it could be so enjoyable to spend the morning hanging out at a truck shop off the highway?! Turns out it wasn't a bad office-on-the-road either thanks to courtesy wifi and good company :) Thanks,Emily
