I needed my two RV-sized tanks certified for another five years. The man in the office jumped right up to get the work done, all the paperwork, and it was fast and very pleasant experience. Thanks for the visual certification, much appreciated that you could do it without an appointment or long wait, as I was passing through Wilkesboro for just a few more days.

I think that we where taken advantage of by these people. I rated 1 star because I wasnt given a lower option.We paid more for hook up than the heater MY husband had bought e evrything for the hook up but the two guys they sent out would not use the supplies my husband purchased for hook up.. while one did the work the other guy stood there eTing $1 cheeseburgers and was rude to me when I ask the one doing the work I side WHY the price waS so high for hook up?! I DONT MI nD PAYING FOR HOOK UP BUT WHEN THE HEATER WAS AROUN300 AND SOME CHANge, then they charge $561 for the hook up is a little much. Customer service is a plus to keep customers coming back. When your rudewith customers many won't be back!

G B gas has to be one of the sorrest gas company in North Wilkesboro I bought a gas heater paid 465 for the heater and then they charge me 565 to hook it up no way would I do anymore business with them people

This company is actually pretty sorry. They came out to do a small project for me.They got another call from a different client to install hot water heater. They simply left me hanging to go to a higher priced job. No call no nothing, left me hanging.

Never impressed with this company. They do not follow through with tasks they tell me they will complete. Lots of excuses and very ineffective communication.Owner responds to an issue which is not the issue of my concern. My issue was not the date for service. It is all the problems I have encountered. Maybe the owner should pick up the phone and call the customer.

I'm posting this for my mom who stopped in looking for fireplace gas logs and they did not carry them, they only sold sets. Anyway she stood there for several minutes before any one spoke to her to see if she needed any help and 2 workers helping only 1 guy. My mom is too old to stand on her feet for too long. Terrible and uncourteous service. So what if you are busy. Customers come first. Geez. Get a clue.

$9.00 surcharge to fill your tank. A 120 gal tank will only take about 90 gallons. So that is .10 per gallon surcharge. Why? For what? There are other companies that do not add these mystery fees to your bill. CONCERNING YOUR REPLY: I'm quite aware that the "industry standard" of propane delivery companies has become ripping the customer with ridiculous add on fees. Since fuel & gas prices are reasonable now, a fuel surcharge should not be applicable. And after researching it, there is no such thing as the very official sounding "hazmat fee". It could just as easily be called the 'Howdy Doody' fee. If the extra few cents a gallon are make or break for you, why not just charge 2.59 instead of 2.49? And if a customer says " but you're ten cents higher than so and so" you say "yes, but we're not ripping you off with ridiculous surcharge fees".
