I’ve been calling this location for about 3 weeks now. I booked a reservation nobody calls to confirm. I also call and see how much the deposit are can’t get an answer. If this business shut down or no one wants to answer the phone

Have rented from this Enterprise location 3 times over the past 2 months and dealt with Nic. He is professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The service is prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend this location and Nic in particular. Way to go Nic!

They can't even manage answer the phone. You can't get through on the phone, get sent to voicemail and/or get hung up on before speaking to someone. Avoid this business.

Made reservations on January 11th to pick up a car on January Saturday 14 at 12:00PM. (Since Wilkes Enterprise was approximately an hours drive and because I didnt receive reservations notifications by text message as selected upon scheduling my rental reservation, I attempted to call prior traveling there to get the car but didn't get an answer other than your typical corporate recording before getting disconnected. But since I had no reason to believe otherwise, I had someone drive me there to get the car.) I was on the property at 12:00pm, as agreed, but guess what? Lights were off, doors locked and closed. No sign of anyone on the premises. So, here I was, stuck an hour from home, in freezing temperatures and no car. I immediately contacted their corporate office to ask for assistance but was connected to someone in what sounded like another company, who couldnt do anything to help my situation. I am livid due to their scrupulous modus operandi. I expect them to reply to this rating with their corporate email address which doesn't solve anything.. Besides, they already have my information from the reservations that they failed to honor. (It is just the typical run around scam which does nothing to resolve anything.) Instead of replying to negative ratings with a copy & paste reply. Maybe they should try running an ethical business as any reputable and honest company would. Don't ask me to contact "care" @ Enterprise because Enterprise obviously doesn't care about its customers or they would fulfill their agreement and obligations.

Made reservations, went there at the selected time to pick up the rental and they were closed. Thats something you think of thinking about a fly by night company.

Made a 12:00 reservation for Saturday on the app so I could drive to CLT Monday to fly out of town. They called and confirmed my 12:00 appointment for Saturday and didn't mention that was the time they closed. I called them Saturday to let them know I was a few minutes late and they were already closed. I would've gone an hour earlier had i known. Hertz just got 100% of my businesses. I'll never use enterprise again.
