**Read before shopping**I just bought a new 2023 Jeep Gladiator from Randy Marion, and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. This was my 5th new vehicle purchase and the best of the bunch. Kevin and Scott in the sales department were the two involved in getting me a great deal. I live at the bottom of South Carolina and couldn't find the model Gladiator that I wanted in a 500-mile radius. They had the great discounts on the one that I wanted, and also gave me more on my trade that any other lot I had gotten quotes from. Everything was done via email and telephone. When the terms were good, they even had the Jeep brought to me. So, I hope your experience is as good as mine or better and I hope that you'll at least give these guys a chance to earn your business. They earned mine and will be my first stop in the future if I'm back in the market.

I told myself that I was never going to go back to this place to have my vehicle serviced because of the poor service that I had received. But they recently built a new building and service area. I took a chance and went in to make an appointment to have my truck serviced. I talked to the service writer (I wish that I could remember his name because he was great) and told him that I wanted to get my truck serviced. I told him the issues that I had prior, and he told me that he had only been there for two weeks and that he would help me. He was transferred from another location, and I am very glad that he was brought in. I took my truck in and there were no issues with the service. On prior occasions they had either done something wrong or forgot to do something. On a previous occasion they even told me that they could not rotate my tires. I am glad that they have new service writers, and that the quality of mechanics is better. Thanks again.

If you are not local, avoid this dealership at all costs!I had been talking with Fred about buying a used van over the phone and email. After seeing parts missing in the photos I asked if anything else was missing or noteworthy and was told no. I asked about having it delivered to a local branch of their dealership and was told I would have to pay full asking price if I wanted to do that so I opted to drive 90 minutes each way.Upon arriving, the spare tire was missing, there was damage all around the vehicle that was unreported, 4 safety features on the van had faults displayed when you start the car, and it needed an alignment. The van had clearly not been detailed either, even though he said they did either last night or this morning, it was filthy.After going back to discuss, I was promised that simply replacing a side mirror would fix 2 of the 4 safety features and to just buy it on eBay. We started asking about lowering the price due to all of the issues at which point he informed me there is no negotiating, even though he explicitly said if I came to his dealership branch, we could negotiate. He did mention he should have checked with his manager before we drove up but he didn't.Now I've wasted a day off coming to look at an overpriced, dirty, damaged vehicle, all of which I could have been informed about ahead of time but wasn't. The car salesman stereotype is alive and well at Randy Marion!

Scheduling was easy, text reminders. Apt was timely and very friendly staff. The car was brought back at time scheduled, no waiting past apt time to start work. I live a lot closer to Boone Chrysler, but coming here is well worth the extra driving distance. Very professional a d a great customer lounge while waiting

Yesterday, I bought the most beautiful blue 2023 Dodge Charger GT. They truly made me feel like I was the most important customer in the entire dealership! Shane was patient, took his time with me, and made sure to get me the answers to every single question. They didn't treat me any differently because I'm a woman, and every single employee was super friendly. I'm a young widow and this was my first time buying a car by myself, and they made this the BEST car purchase I've ever experienced!! They focus on building good relationships with their customers and are passionate about what they do. I can see why the Randy Marion name is growing, because of superior service! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!

The absolute best car buying experience!From start to finish this was by far the smoothest and most fun car purchase we’ve ever made. Nate and Scott made everything so easy for us. We searched for months on car prices for what we wanted and definitely think we got the best deal with these guys. We will definitely be buying again from here in the future!

We started looking to make a car purchase about a month ago. We had tried dealerships from Lexington to Salisbury to Winston Salem, and even car rental sales lots, but found the selection limited at best. Then, we found our Ford Fusion Titanium at Randy Marion in Wilkesboro where we met sales associate Tyler Young.Tyler listened to our interests and asked the right questions to guide us towards a couple of vehicle options on their lot. We found Tyler to be very personable, professional, easy to work with and knowledgable about those vehicles.We definitely recommend to seek out Tyler Young at Randy Marion Wilkesboro when looking to purchase your next car!

Not something I have encountered over the years in the purchase of a new vehicle. His communication skills are excellent and is superb in following up on all my questions..

Took my Jeep Wrangler in for service. Told them we had an electrical issue that caused the vehicle to stop functioning while it was still running. Engine on, but power not transferred to gas pedal. Also told them that driver side window periodically would not go down.They kept Jeep for three days, called and told me it was ready. I picked it up and drove away. When I went through a drive through, the driver side window would not roll down. They have ordered a part to fix it, but why did it not get fixed to begin with? Hopefully the new part that is 10 day back ordered will fix the problem when it arrives.

My wife and I visited Randy Marion Chrysler Jeep Dodge to check out a Mercedes. David, the salesman, was nice, but I needed to use their restroom after a long drive, while my wife test-drove the car. David directed me to the restroom, where I saw a lady standing in between the men's and women's doors. I greeted her, but she didn't reply and looked annoyed and angry. I went in anyway, because we are used to that kind of treatment. I was only in there for a short time, but when I came out, I heard her asking another lady if she knew who the man was who had been in the restroom for ages and how the other door was locked. She was leaning with her foot on the ladies' door and her hand on the men's door frame. I ignored her, because she didn't deserve my attention.We are used to this kind of discriminatory treatment. We can spend our money at these businesses, but we are not allowed to use their facilities. I left and told David and the manager about my experience. We then went to the next car lot. I am disappointed that someone would be so bold to speak so loudly and make such assumptions about me. It is unfortunate that this kind of behavior is still tolerated.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Randy Marion Chrysler Dodge Jeep. When I was brought into finance to complete the paperwork I was asked how much I was going to put down. I gave them a number in the $1000’s and handed them my credit card which I pay everything on to redeem the air mileage. I was respectful told they do not except credit cards do to the additional 3% on the purchase. I was asked if I had a check, which I didn’t! I was immediately told “No problem, just mail us a check” I immediately thought he was kidding, I said I can have my wife bring a check but I live over an hour away to which he replied “don’t worry about it just mail it to us”. I am not from the south and am definitely not accustomed to this type of hospitality or trust because I moved here a year ago from a larger city. I just thought it important to that my sales person “Kayla” and the dealership as a whole!Thank you, I will definitely return for my next purchase!Don

This dealership went above and beyond to show me what they had and work with me when I decided to buy. Isaac was the best sales person I have ever encountered. He didn’t try to push anything on me, was up front and honest. Then I met the rest of the team from finance, service, and store manager. All very professional yet made it a nice laid back experience. I will be shopping there again and recommend others to go there. And may I add, I’m pretty particular about how people conduct business and I would give them 150%

Our salesman, Devin wasAmazing to work with. If you want great service, he’s your guy! He made the process of buying our Wagoneer absolutely seamless. Shout out also to Scott, their sales manager for an amazing customer experience. We had some awful interactions with other dealers during our car buying journey but when we stumbled upon Randy Marion we realized quickly that these guys are the real deal. The new dealership is also absolutely beautiful!

Great experience buying a used car for my daughter. Salesman was very helpful but not pushy. We discovered an intermittent issue with the AC after purchase and the sales manager (Eual Sigmon) and service manager (Janet Duff) took care of it at no charge (installed a new compressor) no questions asked. Couldn't be more pleased with the experience!
