The service Advisor was Great and the time of the oil change was fine. I took my own oil and Filter and I was still Charged $65.32 for my oil change. I questioned why was I having to pay so much & I was told because that’s what they charge even with me having everything to do it. I have always went there for everything but I will not anymore

I just left Randy Marion in Wilkesboro after having a tire rotation completed and always have had a great experience until today. Today upon arrival I gave my name and stated that I had an appointment for a rotation only and were asked if anything else and I said no. Shortly after that I had left the premises and someone approached my Wife and asked her if we needed any other services and she said no. Once the service were completed we were notified and as I were about to pay the total came to$79.22 for a rotation which seemed very high. We paid and left and I looked over the paperwork and a tire pressure sensor were replaced at a cost of $40 for the part but we were not asked about changing it nor a price either. This is wrong as it was over 50% of the total bill and a service had been completed with our permission. **UPDATE** I received a call from a nice Lady who listened to me and they are making this right for me so I'm adding 2 more star's.
