This dealership ( Wilkesboro ) by far has the best service dept I have ever delt with. My Chevy Trailblazer was due for an inspection and I had waited until the last day of the month. I called McNeil Chevrolet spoke to Chis in the service dept. I explained my situation he worked my vehicle in on this busy day and was so friendly. I have had my vehicle serviced here several times and the service has always been excellent. Thank you all for doing a great job! I’m a happy customer and I highly recommend this dealership.

I highly recommend McNeill Chevy in Wilkesboro. I did a lot of research online looking for a pre-owned but low mileage Chevy/GMC truck and luckily I found one here. John Lambie was the salesman and he was the best salesman I have ever worked with. He was extremely helpful and professional, not pushy, but a straight shooter which I appreciate. He was there with me every step of the way and I am very pleased with my purchase. Because the vehicle I bought was newer and low mileage they gave me a great lifetime powertrain warranty which sealed the deal. I drove several hours up to Wilkesboro from South Carolina and glad I did.

Dropped in unannounced on July 29th to order a tail light (That I had apparently cracked) and schedule my 10,000 mile oil and tire rotation service. Chris was able to have my service done while I was there, and ordered my tailight, which came in on July 31st, and has now been installed.
Can't ask for much better service than that!

Just bought my second vehicle from McNeil. Traded the first for an upgrade, and John Lambie was my guy. John did an UH-MAZING job keeping me informed, answering my questions, and working with me and my schedule. Will definitely come back if/when I upgrade again!!

If you want a great experience purchasing a new vehicle, take a trip to any dealership owned by Mr. David McNeill. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. McNeill when I picked up my new truck last week at McNeill Chevrolet in Wilkesboro, NC. He and his staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I worked with Salesman, Mr. Bill Lyons and Sales Manager, Mr. Ben Mockerman. Both handled everything I asked for and kept me well informed on the status of the truck as it was being shipped from the factory. Mr. Lyons took all the time I needed to get acclimated to the new vehicle, answering all of my questions and letting me know I could call him anytime with questions. Many thanks to Bill, Ben and Mr. McNeill for the pleasant experience of purchasing my new truck!

I went to dealership Wednesday June 12 with my Silverado
It is fleet vehicle with 100,000 mile warranty....
Per GM it was under warranty having 87,000 miles and they were in willing to provide a vehicle which per GM they are suppose to
I ended having it towed from there to a real Chevrolet dealership who values customers and GM policy.
What a terrible experience unwilling to help and do the right thing.
