Am giving this place a low score ,when I visit the staff member was helping another customer and did not even acknowledge me when I walked in the store how rude!!! I also waited patiently for about 30 minutes and this staff member still did not acknowledge me this is unprofessional!!! My patients just simply ran out, And I just left the store! Beware of this place people

Great!! place. The manager who's name is"Tamara Mays" was wonderful and very helpful and patient!!.. I would have you say that she is the best sales person I've ever dealt with in the cell phone department. If there is another promotion for advancement for her, she definitely deserves it!!!!....Also great deals on phones and when they say unlimited data they mean unlimited high-speed data without any tracking as well as great service I thought straight talk was a great service provider I think this one would top that!!**"GO CRICKET!!"**

Friendly clean environment. Prices are great. Service on my phone not so much, it can be spotty at times here in wilkes county depending where you are at. Still would recommend to friends and family.

Very clean environment, always smells so good. The ladies Jahniah and Store manager were very friendly, informative, and even entertaining. My child was crying and they offered her a treat to help.

I have been into this store on two different occasions and have never had anyone help me. Too busy standing behind the counter no one else even in the store at the time. I am already a cricket customer and would have upgraded a phone both times....
