Bought a 1994 ford ranger kept it three months worked on it the whole time ... when we bought it radiator was so full of mud it ran hot fixed the problem the it wouldn't stay running... tried to get atleast my down payment of 800 I paid down back and jef refused ... had to different mechanics loom at the truck neither of them could fix the problem... when it was really hot outside the truck would not start back for several hours... the motor also developed a ticking noise at higher rpms... the vehicles is a extreme lemon would not recommend to anyone

I bought a vehicle for my daughter that came from this car lot. The convertible would not retract completely and I was told to bring the vehicle to their location and they would have it fixed within a day. Three weeks later after repeated calls and repeatedly being told that it would be ready the next day, I finally got the vehicle back with no improvement whatsoever. You will hear everything you want to hear. Such as, if they would have contacted us we would have helped, or sure we can take care of that issue. Do not fall into this trap. They will lie right to your face. If you are looking for a good vehicle, quality service, or especially honesty I would suggest going outside of Wilkes county. In particular, I would not do business with Bumgarner’s. These are the car salesman you have always been warned about. BUYER BEWARE!!

Want finance anything over 3000.00 which is the cars what will barely make it 10miles off the lot. Have a GMC truck frames rusted through on the back . And it's 7000. Would most definitely be careful buying from this place. I can come back and take photos. If you would like ?
