Fantastic experience! I needed my daughter’s car inspected and the oil changed prior to a trip she was taking.
We called three locations in the area and all were booked or very honestly shared they weren’t looking to do any more that day due to vacation.
I can respect that and appreciate the direct communication.
We hit the jackpot with Billy Myers!
Number one: they answered the phone when I called! No call tree, no answering machine, no text message, no directives to ‘go online and book an appointment’.
They almost had my business by just answering the call! We asked if they had time to do it and they said ‘absolutely, can’t wait to see you and we will be waiting’
They held to their word.
They had plenty of customers, yet we never waited in line a minute.
We were in, explained what we needed and were shopping at Marshalls within 10 minutes of pulling in the parking lot.
We had the same experience when we returned an hour later. We were waited on immediately and back out the door again within 10 minutes. The service was exceptional.
I could stop here and they would’ve still had a lifetime customer ( when I am in the area)
But the best part…. The service was $40 LESS then the same service we had received in other parts of the state.
Billy Myers Tire- please keep doing what you’re doing!
Mankind needs renewed faith.

Great place really came though in a pinch. I was traveling through when I had a bad split I on a belt in a tire. Could have put me in a bad way. These guys had me back on the road in 45 min. Really saved my hide. Can't say enough good about this place very helpful people thank you very much guys.

Family has been working with Billy for decades. Best place in town for quality tires at the lowest price. I drive all the way from Charlotte to buy from Billy!

This shop is great. People there are very good to work with. Had a valve stem leak on a new set of tires with new TPMS's too.
Pull in explained the situation and they jumped right on it.
Saved me from having to pump up my tire to get back to Laurel Springs.
I will be buying some tires from them for my Honda Ridgeline soon as well.
Highly recommend them.
