Sales associate was awesome but AT&T corporate via phone said I could pick up my phone today. I asked that they check stock over the phone before driving to the store. when I got there, Phone was not in stock. This was a wasted trip.

I’ve recently switched over to AT&T I had an awesome experience at this store. Alan was so very helpful and took his time explaining everything to me, he’s the best! He also made sure I understood everything and did his absolute best to get me a great deal on my new iPhone 15. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well and you can tell that they work well together. I highly recommend this store.

If there was a O stars I would have given it! I called today to speak to Cody to thank him for helping me yesterday! I called the first time to be told that he had stepped out and I asked if I could leave my number for him to call me and the girl put me through to a number to customer service instead of taking a PENCIL and writing it down!!! So I called back about 15 minutes later and spoke to who I believe was Alan who said to call back in about 15 minutes ! So I did … got Alan again and was told Cody wasn’t working today!!! ????. This is the kind of incompetence you can expect with the entire AT&T company. I was told to send in a letter of dispute and was told it was the way the store closed out my account! THE STORE closed out my account!!! I had their service exactly 3 days and because of this store’s incompetence I had to pay $177.00 because my account was closed out incorrectly and no one could help me at the store or over the phone!! I tried for 3 months only to have to pay that rediculous amount for 3 days service and have it turned over to collections ?. Mad does not begin to cover it! If you’re thinking about switching to AT&T just don’t do it!!!!!!!??????

This has been the poorest, most unprofessional experience of my life. Store is limited on what they can do and calling corporate will definitely end in an argument. Never worked with such unprofessional, argumentative, and difficult people. Currently disputing charges with them now regarding service that should’ve been canceled but wasn’t. -10/10

Store manager Alan was very helpful with fixing cell phone. He is very knowledgeable, also gives great tips.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very busy at times. Just plan on being in store for a bit or set up an appointment that may be best, not sure though.

The salesperson was very conversant with my product, friendly, and took initiative to correct a mistake on the insurance policy that a prior employee had made without me bringing it up.update >1 year later: same pleasant sales associates are there and just as helpful as any other time I've gone there. Good ppl. ?
