I order online to avoid going to the store! I end up having to go to post office everytime bc the mail man doesn't even attempt to deliver to my address!

We are very grateful to have these selfless, hard working men and women provide mail and pkg service to so many Americans every day.Every time I visit the smokey mountains I always make sure I stop in and buy stamps and mail letters from this location. They are always friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Never had an issue with getting things delivered before up until now. The manager Christy was very rude to me the whole time on the phone when I was trying to see why my package didn’t deliver. She proceeded to tell me they’ve never delivered here because its a business address when i’ve been getting mail at our apartment since we moved in. She shouldn’t be working for the public with that kind of attitude.

These folks work hard for their postal customers! From mail sorting to delivery these folks have very hard jobs and do them well! Now with Covid 19 they keep working day in and day out! I Just want to say thank you to them all for their undying dedication to getting the mail delivered and helping folks out without hesitation. THANK YOU!
