The manager of this store is a hidden gem. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and not a pushy sales person. She helped me find hiking boots and slip ons for my unusual archy wide feet.

Drove all the way up there only to discover that they were closed at 6 instead of SEVEN like their web page said! Wasted valuable time. The last time I was in the store their selection was horrible. I was hoping it had improved and that the staff would be friendly instead of what we had the last time.

They have new balance which my podiatrist suggested for me after my extensive foot operation. I also bought a pair of fila which are also very sturdy. Prices were reasonable.

I absolutely will never spend money here again. They are rude and despite the fact that some people can't wear masks they never even bothered to ask just insisted that I put one on. There are exemptions to the mask rule but clearly these people could care less. I will never give shoe show another dime of my money!!!!

Very misleading. Signs up all across the store saying buy one get one half off. So I bought 2, got to the cashier and she said that ended last week, we just keep the signs up. False advertisement just to get customers in and then not honor it.

My experience at shoe show was horrible! I went with my mom and little sister which is autistic. We were walking around and looking and then I hear one of the employees (Brittney) tell my little sister to stop touching the shoes in a very stern and hateful voice, instead of approaching the adults that she was with she yelled at my sister and upset her. I never got an apology or anything just an attitude and unprofessionalism. She should have never spoken to any child in that way.
