These boys Really need customer service training! I wanted a new dishwasher installed. I had a minor amount of work to do to make it fit . They never returned like they said they would. My phone call was not returned, even though I texted them a photo of the dishwasher fitted in place.Previously, I've bought a washer & dryer from them, so they know my money's green.J. Jeff and brother Jeremy came by and diagnosed the problem quickly. Two days later they returned with the needed parts for the freezer. I would recommend them for future service in the area.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Very friendly guys however very disorganized. They did have to come back to refix our ice maker as the first attempted fix did not do it. The job did get done though.

I bought a water inlet valve from them. When I pick the part up I told the gentleman at the counter this part looked used he said nothing he can do about it. I would have to wait till next week. I need the part. Not so bad but they charged me for an new part all most an $100.00 So Go somewhere else. By the way the part did not work and all sells final. PaulService: Refrigerator repair

I got me and my little family a washer and dryer and they new exactly how to help I explained that I was working with a budget they even brought it to my house and set it up that was wonderful and I haven't had a problem from them at all they both have warranty the men said if anything goes wrong let us know greatly appreciated

They want to arm and a leg for their appliances like they were new going to charge me $250 at the lowest for stove when I can go to Lowe's and buy one brand new for $350 the greed of some people don't they know where in a recession !

This company is friendly until you call them back just a few days later to tell them what you just paid $1300.00 doesn't work. I called many times, never got a call back and never could talk to Jeremy who sold me the fridge. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS with these people. Connie Moore

I took my washer in to have it fixed,big mistake,they replaced the part that they said I needed with a brand new part,after a month I started having the same problem again so I called,everyday for two weeks straight, I got the same response,the guys are out on a call and I will have them call........guess what I never received a call,almost 400 dollars for the worst service ever,save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.
