The convenience of this practice for me is it's shining glory. It is located in my hometown. That being said, the staff are nice people and Dr. Robbie is excellent. I only have 2 complaints. 1- This practice is almost too busy. Drop off appointments are the norm and one doesn't usually/always get to communicate with the actual vet about their pet, you communicate mostly with a front desk staffer.
2- Their PHONES, they don't answer them conveniently, or quickly, and you have to call, and call, and call until you get to speak to the front desk staff.
A convenient practice with a couple of inconveniences...but, with staff that have big hearts for your beloved critters.

The staff there are so nice. We moved to NC from WI. They were able to get my golden in pretty quickly. Prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend them if you live in the area.

My almost six month old puppy Banshee was terrified of her vet visit, but the staff was very sweet and let us wait in the exam room so the other dogs wouldn't stress her out more. They were very gentle and compassionate. It gives me peace of mind knowing she's in good hands.
