I pass this NCEL retailer during my work week from WS and decided to stop to purchase scratch tickets as Christmas stocking stuffers & 1 for myself. Well, the NCEL retailer Valero acknowledged my $100 prize, told me they didn't have cash for prize redemption (after 2pm & registers were banked at 9 am), and that I needed to GO to another store for redemption. Well, I told him that I was passing through & didn't have time to go to another location. He dropped my ticket on the counter and told me there was nothing that HE could do. I has pressed for time and told him that I would buy more tickets. After this statement, he was ready to redeem my prize with the purchase. So, my excited $100.00 prize became a $60.00 prize and NOT what I wanted! This was a predatory purchase!NCEL retailers receive benefits for marketing the NC Lottery program, yet, this NCEL retailer is dishonest, promoting gambling, and falsifying NC Lottery statements about NO purchase required AND receiving prize redemptions under $600 at any NCEL retailer.The Valero clerk was rude, unprofessional, and gave POOR customer service. As a consumer, my rights were disregarded, received unfair treatment, and regretted ever buying those NC Lottery tickets. First & last time!With so many dishonest practices in today's economy, I ask the NC Lottery program to regulate all NCEL retailers for consumers rights, discriminatory behaviors, unethical practices, and your OWN marketing brand within our NC communities.Disappointed NC resident

This gas station always charges at least 10¢ or more per gallon than the station not even a mile away from it. Why people still go to this gas station is baffling. Just plain stupidity.

The restroom was absolutely disgusting. The toilet still had contents from the previous person. When I tried to flush it the handle would not go down all the way. Taking a risk for myself, I opened up the tank to see what the issue was. The plastic stopper was stuck to the bottom. I had to lift it to flush for the previous person, and myself. The woman who rang me up for my beverage was very nice though.

Owner is very mean to black people that come in the store he is very nice to white people when they come in to his store and he is not black or white I had run in with him last night and just morning I always stop there to get gas and lottery tickets I stop in last night around 7:30 or 8pm.he told me the lottery machine was closed and is not the first time he his had done that to me
