There must be only one person working in the shop and 5 behind the counter from what I've seen. I've been waiting 5 hours to get a spare tire mounted on the trailer.

The shower was very clean, so much cleaner than the pilot, and Mrs, Vicky was working in Popeyes and she has exceptional customer service, she is very professional and pleasant, aswell as the food was hot and fresh, great experience, pilot needs tips from you all

A pretty large amount of parking for trucks. Not much traffic for it to be a mid-weekday.
I'd think twice about the BK.

Came in to get my AC unit worked on at 3:00 that afternoon after my ac stopped blowing cold. The temp for the day was 95⁰ so just imagine how hot it was inside my truck. I've waited & waited & waited. Seen workers standing in huddles laughing & doing absolutely nothing the lack of urgency was non-existent. Then another constantly walking around the building on his phone. Then to never be seen & couldn't even give me an approximate on when I was going to get checked in so I left first thing that morning and went to the loves 15 miles up the road and got seen within a couple of hrs THEN I got a call from TA's shop asking about if I still needed service after 18 hrs. Overall the TA center was decent and comfortable this review was for the shop

I am here Since 12 P,M for ten full hours, waiting to fix a leak from my water pump. They said to wait 2-3 hrs. But after ten hrs i am still waiting hopelessly. The two trucks ahead of me are still here. They said that staff didn't show, but should i suffer for someone's absence? They will charge a driver hugly, but they don't care about the 11 hrs waiting for vain. Poor driver. I should drive 17 hrs to Dallas Texas till Monday. No body cares about a Driver's suffering, just wait.

Came here to have brakes and drums replaced. Assumed I would get the typical 4hr or more wait time to get in the shop. To my suprise I was in the shop in 1 hour of check in. The third shift mechanic on duty (JEFF) jumped on the job immediately and got the job done. I personally do not know what Jeff is paid an hour but i would suggest he get a raise for his hard work and professionalism. I'm very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Coffee machines without beans, there were no glasses, questions and they don't answer, by far the worst service received in a TA

Thank you so much to the very kind lady in the shop. I was desperate and had a pallet collapsing beneath a CAT bucket. She left for about 5 minutes and came back to get me. She walked me behind the shop to a stack of pallets and said I could use what I needed. Many blessings to her.
