Place looks nice, but you need 7 days to cancel and 2 weeks on a holiday schedule. Canceled 48 hours before stay and got charged $130 if it was a holiday, it would of been the full amount of the stay. Things happen in life ( Death, covid, an accident) and have to change your path of direction, and this place makes u pay for it. I understand a fee for canceling, but this discourages me from every going back. This place books months out. I am 100% positive my place was taken and even if it was not, $130 is crazy. Prepare to pay if you decide to use this place and cancel.

I brought my sweeeeet little baby to the day care to get her socialized with other pups. It’s been a couple months now and she’s really progressing. The staff here is wonderful. Personable, friendly and they take their jobs seriously.I also had her work with the trainer a bit, and I really like the way he handled the training. Plus it’s nice to get a little report card which tells me what he worked on and what I can do at home to continue with her education.I would recommend Stoney Creek to anyone looking to bring their babies to daycare. It’s worth every penny.

Great place as far as they take care of our pets. But beware because they will change there costs and not tell you. They changed there policy for picking up early but did not tell us. We had to pay an extra day even if we were not told ahead of time. They are all about the money. They do do provide good service but you better have some cash to give them.

The best daycare ever!!! Sadly, we don’t live near it anymore, but every time I visit the area, I make sure my dog spends the day there

I have used Pet Lodge for few years along with my daughter that boards her 3 dogs on a regular or did. I packed 10 cups of food for him for his 4 day trip. He is 78 pounds and on the paper it said 1 cup am and 1 cup pm and the cup was provided. How do I pick him up and still have 6 cups? I scooped out the bag and was 6 cups ?. I call and I’m waiting on call from manager tomorrow but was told not sure why they put on paperwork ate good. Well if you eat one time a day you would eat good to. So $240 and a hungry dog.

We have used the Pet Lodge for many years for our dogs since the Pet Lodge first opened. We take many trips throughout the year and never have issues with this facility, until this past weekend. We dropped our dogs off on Thursday. We went for pick up on Sunday and one of our dogs was being carried out. At first glance, my husband knew immediately something was wrong with her. They told us that she had found a marker and was not feeling well. A few hours after being home, we were told to call poison control from a local pet ER. The ER suggested she be seen immediately. We went to the ER and our dog was severely dehydrated with many other abnormalities. She went home and the next day was even more lethargic, not eating or drinking. We took her to our local vet and she stayed for over 48 hours getting IV fluids and IV antibiotics. We aren’t sure what happened during her stay at the pet lodge, but we are very upset that no one called us to let us know our dog was not feeling well during her stay. We would have picked her up sooner to get immediate care. She almost didn’t make it. You would think that as a frequent customer, a call would have been made to us sooner and also take her to get immediate care at the clinic next door. We have yet to get a return call from the manager. We did get a refund for the stay but we almost lost our girl and our dogs will not be returning. I do not feel comfortable sending them there and not knowing how their health will be upon pick up. $4000 later, we have our girl, thankfully for Town and Country vet.

We have used Stoney Creek Pet Lodge for years. I used to love the atmosphere and for the most part, still do. Kiersten knows customer service and does a wonderful job of it. The current manager could take a few tips from her on how to speak to people.

My dog, Havoc absolutely loves coming here. My boarding experience was great. The staff are friendly. They also also offer daycare, and my dog gets so excited when I pull into the parking lot. I feel like it has helped him tremendously with his social skills and gets a lot of it every time I bring him in. I will definitely recommend them for boarding and daycare services.

If anyone is in need of pet boarding/care DO NOT use Stoney Creek Pet Lodge. When booking boarding for my cat they informed me they would contact my vet and let me know if there were any issues. They called me two days before my vacation to cancel because of an outdated vaccine. They then blamed me for not checking on this sooner. I would have had no problem with this if they would have communicated instead of telling me they would take care of it. The entire staff was incredibly rude and the manager hung up on me when I told them they should waive the cancellation fee due to poor communication. Don't even bother with this place. I understand people make mistakes but jeez they obviously do not take customer service seriously. I would give negative stars if I could.

Our dogs always look forward to spending time at the Pet Lodge. Couldn’t ask for a better place to board our dogs and feel like they are well taken care of.
