Clean, helpful employees, Ace often has the things I'm looking for to fix my problems at home. Many of the things they have are not at the big box stores. That's why, I like to shop Ace first.

Went in there for a dollar ninety nine item and was treated like it was $199.00! As a woman I am a handyman, didn't feel they disregarde

Wonderful place to come they have a nice selection of hardware and various other things. The employees are always so kind they come up to me everytime and ask if i need any help or questions finding things. The store is always clean organized and easy to find what you need this is my go to place when i need something i highly recomend this store to anyone!

The store is great but their hours are horrible. I went in today at 10 and they were closed. I went in again at 3:05 and they were closed again. It’s super convenient to have a local hardware store but super frustrating when they aren’t available. On the weekends it takes 20 minutes to drive to Lowe’s and going to ACE is where I want to go for a fast remedy. This store is unreliable for this reason and this needs to be addressed.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Love ACE Hardware. First time at Whitsett location. But they are all the same in a GOOD WAY! They make plain/basic keys searched high and low.
