Great Medical office. You can tell that the staff enjoy their work, since they are pleasant, friendly, and show care to their patients. The waiting time was zero, the checking in process was easy, the intake was fast, yet precise- Thanks Sheena! Thanks to you all! and before I could sit the provider was present in the room. Great service. He was detailed with his exam, made you feel relaxed, and exhibited care, like a provider should. Got labs done with ease. All in all this has been the best practice I've been to, (others could take a page from their book)First visit, first impression, all good, hope it's like this all the time. Only drawback is you will wait when trying to call on the phone- but will see this as giving each caller personalized care.? Stay tuned.

The staff is very rude. This is my second bad experience here. The guy Brian was the worse to speak too and I am changing practices after this.

Very disrespectful. Called to set an appointment and the receptionist laughed and said “..okay?” in response to my symptoms. Not really sure what was funny, but I felt incredibly disrespected while simply trying to receive medical care. Just mean spirited & unprofessional. Do not recommend.

I am always pleased when I go to Stony Creek. Matt Cable is very kind, patient, and thorough. My nurse is sweet and makes me feel calm every time I see her. I am glad I found them!

Dr. Duncan is absolutely the best GP I've ever come across. I have not found a more compassionate, understanding, and empathetic primary care doctor around.If you're not already a patient, get on his waiting list...it's long, but he's worth the wait.

Worst doctors office I’ve ever had the experience of going to. It’s been almost a year now, just need blood work done to check my thyroid. All the doctors they arrange me with keep quitting/leaving me with no explanation. I just keep having to make new appointments with new doctors that are pushing my blood work out to June/July. For those who don’t have thyroid issues it may not mean much but, I haven’t been on the right dose for a while I’m plateauing and have been since December of 2021. I won’t be coming back here ever again.

I saw Dr. Jessica Cody and she was phenomenal. Very compassionate and friendly. She is now my PCP and I am very happy with that. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

I use to love this office had been coming here for 15 years. Recently they have gone down the crapper. I went in for ankle pain and told my doctor it would get to a point where I couldn't stand and it would swell after a run. I'm in Law enforcement so I need to be mobile. My "Doctor" said just change your shoes and insoles and you should be fine. I got a second opinion with my now new doctor she suggested a xray and WHAT DO YOU KNOW! I had a chipped Talus that needed surgery to repair. My mom set up an appointment with this office for stomach pain. During her visit the "doctor" asked her what was wrong she told her about the pain she had been having for months. Felt around her abdomen for a few seconds. She said it was probably indigestion gave her a prescription for an antiacid. She got an second opinion with my Doctor and she suggested blood work and an endoscopy. She found out that she had pancreatic cancer God rest her soul. So long story short these guys don't care about or listen to you. They just want your money and to get you out of their face. If this is the case they should have saved themselves 10 years of schooling and became repo men/women. If you're in the profession of helping people let's try and show some compassion and do that for a change. We're all tired we're all busy we're all feed up at some point. This doesn't mean you get to not do your job. PEOPLE COUNT ON YOU!

I use to love this office but every single time I call they say their providers are booked so what do you do when you have a quick on set of sickness? I work in healthcare and we always have room for emergencies because that’s the ethical thing to do. Our whole family has been patients there for years but think when an office is to busy to see you or for that matter not even offer you another time then time to make a change. The girl answering the phone today didn’t even say how about Monday can you wait...nothing other than no providers are full. I would consider taking my business else where.
