Buyer Beware! This seemingly friendly place does not like to return your money. Instead, they will give you a store/account credit knowing you don't have an account there and will probably not return. If you dare to purchase something (overpriced) there, use your credit card if needed to negotiate a refund. They use typical modern day business practices which infers they're only in it for the money.

Love working with Jennifer and Mark-They are upfront and honest. Very informative, very fair pricing. I love that they are local Jewelers, do repairs, designs, work on site.
I can always depend on getting what I want for my self and my "buji" husband :)
We live out of state and will ONLY go to Jewelers Mark, for any jewelry repair, purchases, and even just for a watch battery.
I LOVE LOVE the watch Club... best gift ever (unique selection- not the everyday same ol' thing)
It is rare you find true honest people with a set of values, that will go above and beyond to get the best price and deliver over the top service.

EXTREMELY OVEPRICED. Called about ring re sizing. Said 120$. But Wades and Lane Jewelers offered the same service for 50-60$ in half the time. Service is okie but not worth the over priced service. Go up 2 exits to Alamance crossing and save some money if you need repairs.

Not friendly and will try to get over on you if you dont know your stuff. They will claim to have cut the middle man out and they talk straight to the manufacturer only to try to charge you extra. Wife is just as rude or worse than the husband.

They do a great job! The owners are not pushy at all. Jennifer and Mark are both extremely knowledgeable and transparent! They are always 100% honest with you and give their genuine opinions. They are very trustworthy and will give it to you straight. We have purchased multiple items through them and they always take care of us(and our friends who shop, too). They offer custom work and vendor pieces, so you can get what you're looking for no matter what. Give them a visit- you won't regret it!

BEWARE!! THIS IS NOT YOUR FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOODS JEWELER! They are over priced fast talkers!! They say they cut out the middle man and make only custom pieces only to upcharge you for the same quality you can get at Kay's or Jared. They charged me $24 for the same $4 earring back you can get from Four Seasons Mall. I put a braclet in for repair that was overcharged as well ( price was given so high because I wanted to the bracelet to still be flexible they said) and was promised to be able to pick it up in 1 week. I call to check.progress and Jennifer's rude as puts me on hold forever only to put her husband on to tell me the braclet wasnt ready and they were backed up. I wish this was said before you take my money and cant deliver the service in the time promised. I say all that to say go with a reputable company who understands customer service!! I will never return!! They could have cared less what they promised.

Friendly, helpful service. We have had work done there before and they did a nice job. We went back to get links put in a gold necklace. He could have tried to make money off of us, but he gave us other options to save us a lot of money.

Initially, they were very nice. After receiving my items, called back to ask a simple question and Jennifer was very rude and sarcastic. Will NEVER take my business there again.
