Where is the owner/manager of this establishment??? The is the most disgustingly Circle K I’ve ever been at. Normally it’s the bathrooms that need attention but this whole property is condemned!! The trash hasn’t been emptied in weeks and food looks like it’s from a poor 3rd world country. Corporate need to take action immediately!!!

I’ve been to this location twice this week and it will be my last. The employee turnover rate is ridiculous and disappointingly the employees left are terrible. Both times the norther accent boy was rude and down right nasty!!! He was also a bully to his coworkers!! The internet was down and he folded under pressure!!! Management needs to get control of this location or get someone who can. It’s also filthy every time I come in as well. If the self checkout isn’t running we as the customers pay for it because no one seems to want to run a register even if the lines are out the door. Save your hard earned money and go across the street!!!

Stopped in to get some gas and use the restroom. After I saw the restroom I decided to go elsewhere.

Employee doing something sneaky
I paid to get gas, but when I ask for a receipt. She told me she just shuttled down the register, so no receipt, I asked her to reopen the register, then she started to freak out and hiding in the back.
It’s common sense that register should save every transaction, so obviously she is lying and taking customers money directly into her pocket. She claims she is the manager, so maybe she is avoiding tax.
Shame for Circle K management, I won’t recommend this place, go somewhere else for gas.

Bathroom was very dirty, smelled bad and to top it off there was no soap to even wash your hands. Based on some previous reviews looks like they keep it like this on the daily.

What a horrible experience at this location. Yes it’s midnight but at least do your job and try to be polite about it . The lady that work this evening was absolutely horrible. I will definitely be in contact with the store manager and higher corporate management because that was completely unacceptable and such a terrible customer service experience especially since circle k is my favorite gas station. I’ve seen the brand standards and tonight none of that was shown.

Great store....always clean and Patricia and Sheba are always pleasant......The food is always fresh and good. I drive from Charlotte to Raleigh 3 to 4 times a week and this is the only place I will stop for my polar pop....Great job ya'll!!!!
