Terrible service and business. Don’t spend your money here. Went to get a screen replaced within the first 2 days my screen was coming off again. Took it back and couldn’t get a refund even tho it was under warranty.

i highly recommend them!!! I purchased a phone from Walmart for my kid for Christmas. and unfortunately I purchased a dud. and Walmart refused to take it back. but thanks to the ladies here. My kid got his phone regardless. and it's an even better one than Walmart offered. these girls will go out of their way to help u. I had a issue after getting home. called and they told me what to try. it worked. but if not they wanted me to bring it back so they could fix it. u can't ask for better customer service and client care!!!

I gave one star because it isn't possible to give zero.Got my phone repaired here, the repair person messed up and pinched my phone's speaker. The repair person told me they did this at the time of repair, but that it wasn't likely to cause issues. The manager was completely not hearing it. Tried to make me pay to fix their mistake when I brought the phone back in today with complaints about the speaker. I told them the situation and even had a chance to speak to two very polite girls that handled the issue infinitely better than the so called manager, although politely telling me to get bent doesn't mean much.Now, I don't mind payment for service, that's the agreement with everything. however, I'm not going to pay you to fix your own mistakes. I'd rather take it anywhere else and even potentially pay more, simply on principle at that point.Even the repair person, and the girl at the front desk agreed that the managers decision was ridiculous. (Under their breath)The managements out of touch, needs a reality check. I'll never take any of my equipment back to any Xtreme wireless location.
