I have a storage unit here. Rent is due on the first with a gerace period of 5 days. However, if they are closed and are not open to accept payment they do not give you an extra day. The agent Sydney, said she was taking calls on Sunday the day they are closed. However, she never updated everyone that they were open and taking calls. So if you were one to call in on a Sunday you maybe could be serviced. However, if you do not know they are open you are still charged. This is the worst management of this place and I have had a unit for more than 9 years. Rent somewhere else and I will be closing my account soon. I allowed Sydney to process my payment today and she has not done it as of yet. So I guess she doesn't like me now and is taking it out on my account.

I have really enjoyed the convenience of this storage. The people are very helpful and friendly. The units are clean and spacious. I definitely recommend using this storage unit to ease your moving needs.

Management is very friendly and helpful. Lindsey was patient and took the time to answer all the questions I had and offered suggestions that would best work for my needs. Super easy process! Was able to handle everything needed to lock in the rental unit by phone.

We have rented storage spaces from this company since Hurricane Florence, the storage units are fair priced then as well. They changed ownership and continue to be fair priced, and the security is upgraded and great. They are friendly and give great service.

The management team at Southeastern Self Storage is fantastic, accounting is spot on and anytime I reach out their team takes care of everything I need. The accounting manager is always friendly, even at the busiest time of her day; not a trait you find too often these days in customer service.

Very helpful, and safe environment for your possessions. The manager Lindsey is the nicest, sweetest, most kind woman I've ever met!!! I would recommend this storage just because of her professionalism, kindness, and loving nature!!!
