I drove from Raeford to have hinges put on my Jeep Liberty rear window. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Everyone was very professional and polite! When going through the process in getting the hinges, Tim, in the Parts Department, was very helpful and always professional when I was calling to follow up on the delivery of the hinges. Jerry, in the Service Department was very helpful in giving me the price to install and a timely appointment. I was very delighted at how polite and personable the staff was that I had contact with. It was totally different from the service and attitudes you find around Raeford. Today, my appointment was at 9:00 am and they were taking the Jeep in to begin the service at that time. The installation was done in less than an hour. Unbelievable!!! I was very impressed!! Well worth the drive. I will go back for service!

I had a great experience from start to finish. I had a question before coming to test drive and Kevin was great at communicating and getting me the answers I needed. Ruby was phenomenal. She is such a genuine, good person and made the experience actually enjoyable. They were able to get me a lower rate than any bank or credit union I had looked at myself, which was very important to me. I could not recommend Vann Underwood enough!
