This was a really bad experience. My hair is really screwed up and its because the stylist wasn’t listening. She thinned my hair even after I told her not to. She did too much and now my hair is many different lengths. Some areas are just an inch from my scalp. I feel like the girl from sixteen candles who got her hair shut in the door and it got wacked off. I won’t be back.

Amber S. was absolutely amazing! I was so nervous about my haircut bc of bad experiences in the past but she made me completely comfortable from the second I walked in!!
Hair type: My hair was a little past halfway down my back, but it hadn't been cut in 5-6 years so it was all just dead ends. She got almost all the dead ends out, an then thinned my hair out, plus added a few layers!

My experience was very enjoyable and my cut exactly as I wished. The wash felt amazing! And, to add to all of that, the ladies are very kind and likeable. I will be coming to this hair salon moving forward. They've got my business.

I scheduled an appointment for Dec 11th at 11, i have graduation that afternoon at 6 so i thought getting an appointment early in the day would be a good idea. I arrived at 10:30 so i could have time to walk around the store but the shop was closed so i tried calling the number on the business card i was given no answer. I stayed until 11:30 to give the stylist time to get there maybe she was just running late, no one showed up! No one called the day before to let me know they wasn’t going to be open which is really unprofessional especially when i booked the appointment with a person and not over the phone
