“As a former employee I’m going to boost the rating because y’all do NOT understand how a pharmacy works. If your insurance won’t cover it, not the pharmacies fault. If you bring a prescription it will NOT automatically be filled. Just because they call to try to fix issues with insurance or the doctor doesn’t mean it’ll be resolved the same day. Y’all are hardheaded and don’t listen and arguing with the staff doesn’t solve anything.”
