“If I could rate a 10, I would!! Wish I could remember what the girls name was. I think Hannah is her last name. She went above & beyond what was required to upgrade my phone. There were complications but it was because of something I had done on my phone but she figured it out & got all my data transferred. It would be nice if every employee could be as pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful & accommodating as this girl ( and the other girl too!) Another girl helped her but don’t know her name either but she was amazing as well! Wish I could personally thank them again for all their help!! Excellent service!!”
