Great job on the plaque i had made for my teacher. She loved it. Had to keep calling to see if it was done though. Was supposed to pickup on Tuesday and waited until Thursday to make sure it was done. Was told it was done on Tuesday. Would've liked to have gotten a call. Besides that staff was helpful.

Terrible customer care and disrespectful. As soon as I walk in with an improper printed shirt the guy in the wheelchair says “nope probably not” BEFORE I even said anything. Didn’t even TRY to help me or talk about ANY options… MERRITT FAULT.. My LOSS/problem… DO NOT GO THERE expecting help if THEU MESS UP… They’re Nice when you’re giving them money… don’t come back with any issues that THEY MADE…

Visited recently, hadn't seen Tyrone in 40+ years and felt right at home. Walked out with 2 Wolfpack ball caps! I'll be coming by again soon, love those guys!

Where do I start. Merritt's has been around for a long time. When you visit them you will get good hospitality, willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy customer, dedication to community and schools when called on for help. Yes it is a family business, but anyone who does there shopping there you are treated like family.
