I went there to go to a training class because I got hired on to the blacks tire in Raleigh,NC. When I got there the distribution center was HUGE!!! It was really nice looking, everything was well maintained and high tech! The training I got was very good, and the trainer dewain was really great! He treated everyone in there like we were family, and gave us some great hands on and off training. If your ever looking for a job with benefits competitive pay, and just a all out great atmosphere, Black's Tire is a great place to get into and to get your foot in the door. They have a good many of stores, so you could start at one shop and always transfer to another one. All in all the training, people, and atmosphere was top notch! I highly recommend the Black's Tire Family!!!!! I could say more great things, but imma just keep it semi-short. Good luck to all!!!!!!~Chaise T.

Not often am I impressed with service but the BTS on Raeford Rd in Fayetteville NC was outstanding. Andrew and the BTS team took excellent care of my 2019 Mustang GT with new front tires and alignment. Was in and out in less than 1 hr with only a phone call. They treated me like I was the only person there ( and they were packed with customers). I will never use anyone else because of the service and experience they showed me Thank you very much !!

I can't say enough about how well were treated by the staff at the Lori's SC location. On our way back to Canada in our 34' class A motor home we stopped in to have the tires checked and discovered one of our real dual tires had been flat for several miles. The tire was replaced and we were on our way in no time and heading home.

Took my car to the Jacksonville location for an oil change and tire rotation. Normally costs me around $35-$40. I paid $70 ( way overpriced) and they forgot to rotate my tires. Unprofessional to forget a service a customer asks for.

The staff was very friendly and were polite to everyone that came in the doors. I felt like I had been doing business there for years. We were on vacation and were having brake issues on our Yukon. I called BTS, They got me right in and Randy took care of our problem. I was worried about getting Price gouged since I was from out of town but not at BTS. The brake job was whole lot cheaper than I could have ever imagined. Thanks so much for taking care of a Kentucky boy while on vacation. I couldn’t ask for better service and nicer people to do business with. 6/27/18
