Went shopping for my son. He picked out everything he wanted. My husband even got a little comforting something for himself. Everything was decently priced, then on sale over 50% off.

I don't like to give bad reviews but this store is not what it used to be. Poor selection. Couldn't find a staff member in the housewares or women's department.
(I would like to add - an item I was looking at seemed, imo, overpriced so I did a Google search. Item in store was $80. On Amazon, it was $30. A few dollars is understandable but that much of a price gap is ridiculous.)
Do better, Belk.

During Christmas shopping, I found great deals all around the store. The displays were nice and called my attention to special sales. The staff were super helpful even though they were really busy.

Can’t speak for every store but I pretty well always have good service in this store and they have good sales on regular basis.

I frequently visit this Belk. It is clean and I love the sales associates. They are always super friendly and helpful. The selection in this store is limited compared to larger stores but they are always willing to order for me.

This is one of the smaller Belks I have visited, so I expected not to see a variety of items compared to the larger stores. However, it was worse than I thought it would be . They did not have over half of the items I was looking for. I think the managers here are more focused on ordering inventory for one group of people rather than all people as far as size in clothing and the options of items offered are not very good. I had trouble finding the sizes of the clothes I wanted to buy, and there was no variety of comforter sets offered. I was looking for Biltmore Comforters. I also could not find the type of pillows I wanted to buy. I wanted a pillow that I previously purchased at the Belks in Fayetteville that supports neck and head alignment.

Doing Christmas shopping it's always expected for they're not to be everything that the store would normally have.. however it was far worse on the inventory side of things for what we were looking for.
